Description

The Nathaniel Clinic is CASES Article 31, State-licensed, outpatient mental health clinic located in Central Harlem. Opened in 2014, the clinic provides services specifically geared toward people with criminal justice involvement.

Services include

    assessment and psychiatric evaluation
    individual, group, and family therapy
    medication management
    onsite primary medical care
    complex care management
    crisis intervention

The clinic serves youth (age 13 and above) and adults. We accept referrals from criminal justice providers, hospitals and health centers, social service providers, and members of the community. The clinic offers walk-in access on Thursday and Friday mornings.

Welcomes walk-in appointments 9 AM5 PM, MondayFriday, including for psychiatric services.
