Prison Ministry Services - Reentry Programs
Referral Services: Provide health, housing, job and substance abuse treatment referral services as needed for ex-offenders re-entering the community. Offers counseling to prisoners re-entering society when released.
Bible Study and Church Services: Provide monthly spiritual guidance and bible studies to incarcerated individuals at Macomb County Prison.
Mentor-ship: Provide mentor-ship training to churches and individuals. Match mentors with ex-offenders re-entering the community.
Food Pantry and Clothes Closet
Food justice is an important part of community justice. H.O.P.E. operates a year-round food pantry which provides non-perishable food items as well as a 'clothes closet' to offer primarily business attire for those seeking employment.
Diaper Bank Program
H.O.P.E. works with the Metropolitan Detroit Diaper Bank to provide diapers for infants, children and senior citizens - ensuring that everyone in the Metro Detroit area can be clean, dry and healthy. NOTE - this program may still be available during the COVID-19 quarantine. See the event calendar for more details.
Health Care Services
H.O.P.E. provides access to affordable care through Covenant Community Care Clinic.
