The REAP main office is located in an auxiliary building near the Baptist Hospital main campus.
Individuals returning from a period of incarceration must make sure they have access to basic resources in order to make a successful transition. These include:
Government Identification
Housing
Food
Healthcare
Transportation
Friends/mentors
Vocational training
If you or a loved one need help securing any of the above, REAP staff and volunteers will provide referral services to quickly connect you with the relevant community providers to meet your needs.
Becoming a REAP Client
Extended services are offered to individuals who demonstrate a commitment to successful reentry.
Referral for birth certificate retrieval and obtaining a state issued identification card
Referral for obtaining Social Security Card or re-issue
Referral for daily meals and groceries
Referral for personal hygiene supplies
Referral for clothing and shoes for daily living
interviews and work
Referral for assistance in obtaining transportation
local map, public bus, community van and bicycles
Referrals for medical, mental, prescriptions and dental health care
