Renascence assists men recently released on probation or parole for non-violent offenses to reintegrate into the community. Renascence is more than a halfway house its a fresh start, a new life. For men serving sentences for non-violent or non-sexual offenses, the lack of a willing support network is the main obstacle to beginning a successful, productive transition back into society. Renascence exists to help provide a structure to meet that need.
Renascence can accommodate up to fourteen men at a time, each one staying for a period of 6 months to a year.
While they are there, Resident Members are required to:
work or attend school
pay rent
attend scheduled classes and meetings
abide by all house rules

Obtaining identification
Getting good health care
Vocational rehabilitation
Building or improving family relationships
Job readiness and training
Adult basic education
Making compensation to victims
Life and social skills training
Counseling services
Mentoring support
Spiritual support
