T.O.P.S. is a faith-based community program. 































































































































































































































































T.O.P.S offers hope and care to individuals and their families who suffer the effects of drug addiction, mass-incarceration, homelessness, poverty, unemployment, hunger and illness-without regard to race, sex, creed, color, religion or social status.
































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































Mission Statement: T.O.P.S is a non profit organization that offers hope and help, without regard to race, sex, creed, or social status, to ordinary people and their family who suffer the effects of injustice, homelessness, unemployment, hunger, and illness through comprehensive programs that provide a continuum of unconditional acceptance and care.
