Transitional Alternative Reentry Initiative (TA) aims to reduce recidivism by helping to address the critical and basic needs of parolees, probationers, ex-offenders, and their families. Eligibility:Anyone convicted of a crime and is dealing with difficult consequences because of it, even long after. Those not convicted but who have a pending case are also eligible.
